Return Period

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.


Open a Return Request

To start a return, please contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • The RMA number is required for processing your return.

  • Keep your original order number ready to help us quickly verify your purchase details.


Send the Item Back

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with all protective materials included.

  • Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without an RMA number cannot be processed.

  • Use a traceable and insured shipping service to return the item, as you are responsible for the shipment until it arrives at our warehouse.


Get Your Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • If the returned item shows damage, misuse, or signs of being used, 10% of the total product amount will be deducted from your refund as a handling and restocking fee.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Close a Return Request

A return request is considered complete only after:

  1. The returned item has been received at our warehouse.

  2. Our team has inspected and approved the item’s condition.

  3. The refund or exchange has been successfully processed.

You will then receive an email confirmation officially closing your return request.


Misuse of Returns

Sword Specter trusts its customers to use this return policy in good faith. However, we reserve the right to monitor and take action in cases of misuse, including:

  • Excessive or repeated returns.

  • Returning items that were used or damaged after delivery.

  • False claims about product condition.

In such cases, we may refuse the return, limit future return privileges, or deactivate the customer’s account.
